Returns & Exchanges Policy

We take pride in customer satisfaction at The Pink Vendur.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) in it's / their original condition within 7 days of your receiving date for a store credit, less shipping & restocking costs. Customer pays for return shipping.

TO BEGIN THE RETURN PROCESS:

1. Use this contact form only.

2. Include your full name, email, & good contact number.

3. Your order number. (order number can be found in your order confirmation email).

4. Reason for return

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

The item(s) must be in it's / their original condition, (sublimation blanks must be unused and returned in same state as when received) returned within 7 days of your receiving date for a store credit, less shipping & restocking costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer pays for return shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns & or requests received 14 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. 
We do not issue refunds only exchanges for store credit. You have 7 days from confirmation of receipt to begin the return, or exchange process.

After we receive your request & review the information, we will send you an email regarding your case.  Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

DAMAGES / LOST ITEMS:

We fully inspect every item before shipping it out to it's forever home to ensure it arrives to you in great condition, however please understand we cannot control how the mail carrier handles the items once they are in the mail carrier's possession. 

Lost items are out of our control and cannot be held responsible should your item(s) become lost in transit.  It is best to contact the mail service provider to file a claim.   

ITEMS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURNS / STORE CREDIT:

• SUBLIMATION PAPER
• ANY CLASSES (Online / In person)

• APPAREL & / OR CUSTOM MADE APPAREL
• DIGITAL DOWNLOADS ( Vendor lists, online courses, any existing of future products added to our store) 

All sales are final.
